Clowns are definitely a popular funny Halloween costume and you can make a great clown with sweat clothes that are a bit to large fitted with fabric paint or markers. Sew on a few pom poms, use an inexpensive wig with a big, colorful hat, and you could also stuff the clothing with tissue (although the tissue can be a problem if the need for a restroom break develops)
